In that case, have another one. Same town, different storm two blocks away.

That stupid light - anytime I tried to use proper exposure settings, that light washed everything out. There was no way to really fix it, so I underexposed the shot to get rid of that washed out look, tweaked the white balance, and then used an adjustment brush on the storm to fix its white balance and bring back proper exposure. Should have just used the kit lens - it has better multicoating than the old 28mm AI does.

Oklahoma Wolf, if it weren't for the bitter cold winters, I'd consider moving there just for the photo opportunities :D

Very nice pictures everyone!
I would like to share some shots that I took while visiting the Yellowstone National Park last month. A beautiful place.

Sunset at Bass Lake Prov. Park.
Shot with 100 ISO just messsing with the exposure on my G3

Still not sure on which ISO to use. Lower for low light?

ISO should be lower in good light (100) and you raise it to increase shutter speed in low light.

Last night. No sunburn stops me, though my back felt like a scratching post the entire time I was out there.

2.42 jiggawatts. Raining cats and dogs, as you can see from the raindrops in the shot. I was taking shelter under the deck of a huge unfinished abandoned house at the time.

This is Digit, the quirky, 3-year-old Yorkie. Hard to get him to sit still long enough for a portrait shot.
