Not sure what stores this carries over to but the frys in San Marcos Ca. has refurb h60 coolers for 34.99 no rebates or anything, they had about ten or twelve left after I grabbed one an hour ago.

I would give the extra $5 for a 212 EVO over the H60. Especially refurb.

I'm assuming 90-day warranty?

Yeah, I assume 90 day. And tower coolers won't fit in the budget case I'm shoving everything in.
