Hello,
that is my first Posting here... (however not Reply)
I has the following problem:
- different Tools shows me: that max. PCU SPEED are 1600 MHz
- that is also the highest PCU SPEED those stably run to let can
- an increase the v-core and the Vi/o do not have an effect (or only very small)
- is that build in ?
- as is with you? ( other Board`s/CPU )

Its probably just incorrect software readings B/C your not even running at 133FSB which is a default setting for the TUSL-2C. And FSB adjustment goes past 160

Perhaps you need a bios update or try vidpinning your CPU to avoid the cold boot problem to get better performance. Your temps seem to be OK

thanks,
my Bios is 1011 @Mad www.x86-secrets.com (edited my Sig)
my default V-Core Range 1.500V - 1.800V
Wather-Cooling coming soon, hope this helps by 1.800V ++ (Vidpinning)

is your CPU default voltage 1.50? b/c cele 1.0A-1.2A is 1.475

perhaps try an official bios from ASUS and see if that helps at all

your right...mine said it too but according to the CPU database people have hit above 1600 on the TUSL-2C 1680 seems to be the highest with a 1.2

yes, the default V-core is 1.500V for Cel-T 1300.
the official Bios shows the same V-Core Range
with 1.650V ++ --> to hot --> Thermal Protect --> hanging up
Wather -Cooling is on the Way (Innovatek Flat-Flow) :burn:
with vidpinning theoretical go to 1.650V - 1.950V  ( i must VID1 and VID0 connected to Vss )
i hope this works ( without grilled )
I poste it, if it works
