You can't just put the iso on a cd you have to burn it as an image with something like imgburn.

when you have your iso's or XP folders you can create a multiboot USB stick. its 3 times faster than CD and very cheap and efficient.

i found this is the best for multiboot USB programs! http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/

I always had asus mobos and literally any imaging/usb software worked, now i got this msi z77 mpower i had about 2 days of hassle trying to boot from usb. That yumi software worked like a charm!
