copy xbmc4xbox to xbox drive

hi.

i unlocked the xbox drive (with the help of the eeprom), loaded the xbmc4xbox files on it, and then locked the drive. when i hook it all back up, i get error 14. i have tried to figure out how to load the original dashboard only to get error 21. when i change the file from xboxdash.xbe to default.xbe, im back at error 14.

can anyone tell me how i am supposed to copy xbmc from windows to xplorer360? thanks in advanced.

also, i cant boot the disks at all. and i dont know where or how i am suppose to copy the original xbox files back onto the xbox drive. this is all on a new drive. i cant use the old one because that one is completely wiped (thanks to my stupidity)
