CPU stuck to heatsink.

hey, i went to remove a heatsink from a really old, often unused pc today, and when it finally popped off, it had taken the cpu right off with it...
any tips for how i could go about getting this cpu seperated from the heatsink, so i can put it back into the pc? it is stuck real good, cant twist it or anything...

warm the heatsink a bit to soften the paste might help.

Remove any plastic or fan that may be attached, then use a blow dryer on warm to heat the heatsink up. If you don't have a blow dryer it'll give you a reason to borrow a good looking neighbors
