fps drops

My pc specs
Mobo:asus maximus vi hero
Gpu:asus gtx 780 direct cu oc
Cpu: i7 4770k
Cooling corsair h110
Ram 16gb kingston hyper x
Ssd 128 gb samsung evo
Hdd 1024gb seagate

I reacently built my first pc. Everything worked well, i could play bioshock infinite and crysis 3 on ultra settings at 60 fps. But since yesterday my fps doesng go higher than 26 . My questions are now ist it a soft or hardware problem, and how can i fix it.

What brand 780 and cooling solution is it? Was the GPU loud while gaming? What were the temps while gaming? Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?

its a asus gtx780 with dual fans. I re installed my gpu drivers and the gpu wasnt very loud or hot during gaming. It was just from one day to another downt to 26 fps.
