Catalyst 14.2 Beta & GCN

Anyone have any experience with the newly-released Catalyst 14.2 Beta on GCN 1.0 cards? The release notes state they made improvements to BF4 & Crossfire profiles, but do not mention GCN 1.0 cards. Unlike the 14.1 Beta release notes, the 14.2 Beta "Known Issues" does not mention the lack of optimization for GCN 1.0 cards.

I meant to give them a try last night, but I got preoccupied...

I installed the 14.2 driver and proceeded to load up BF4. I get a random lock up of the game anywhere from immediately to about 1 minute into the map. Reverted back to 13.12. I have 6970s though, not GCN.
