Ok it must be a glitch in the software of Cpu-Z. If your in the 60's with your temps if it were 1.77 the cpu would either be dead or shut down due to temps becuase they would be a lot higher.

The OP needs to update his ROG/CPUZ to the most recent v1.68 which will read correctly. I believe that CPUZ v1.66.1 reads VccIN not set BIOS vcore voltage.
