I'm in the process of buying parts for a new PC build and I'm going to Air cool it.

I'm going to use a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. It will fit in my case since there is one in there already.

What brand is a good paste to use these days?

My favorite actually has come to be what I just used in my current build, Tuniq Tx-4. I dropped idle down about 6 celsius, and full load about 15 celsius, after stress testing burn in, then off for 24 hours.

Any decent brand tim will work just fine, there all within what I would call "tolerance" of each other, and you would see more of a temp difference by using different methods of application rather than different tim's
