Usually we change rights through icon properties of Desktop - Security – name – addictionally. like on the picture. some guy told me that these change can be made through registry. but how? :-/ i need to know how can i prevent users from making new folders, deleting them, saving files to the desktop, creating objects. i need your help, please

Hello Glitcher123 and :welcome: to the forums.

If you are trying to remove permissions to the desktop, you can (seemingly) do so by browsing to where the desktop is actually located (i.e. C:\Users\<user>). It looks like it would allow me to change these settings, but I'd rather not try it out right now.
