Desktop user rights restrictions

Usually we change rights through icon properties of Desktop - Security – name – addictionally. like on the picture. some guy told me that these change can be made through registry. but how? i need to know how can i prevent users from making new folders, deleting them, saving files to the desktop, creating objects. i need your help, please

If you are trying to remove permissions to the desktop, you can (seemingly) do so by browsing to where the desktop is actually located (i.e. C:\Users\<user>). It looks like it would allow me to change these settings, but I'd rather not try it out right now.

Not sure about registry, but you can handle this programmatically with powershell.
