Hey guys, I'm having this problem with my graphics card in order to play a game (not every game) I have to update my drivers (not to the most recent update but to a specific one) and after this the games will play fine but when I shutdown/restart my computer I then have to rollback the drivers in order to play games again and after restarting I then have to update and so on and so on. Any Advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Specs: AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.20Ghz
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6670

I should have clarified, the games will crash on start up and I will get various error messages. Which is fixed after I update or rollback the drivers but as you can guess it's a bit tiring doing it every time I turn on my pc.

If it is upon startup, I can't imagine temperatures to be an issue...

That said, how old is your OS install? Is it fully updated? All other drivers updated?

My OS is windows 7 64-bit service pack 1 and all other drivers are up to date as far as I can tell.
