I have many words on that...First futuremark is not an application, they make applications such as: 3DMark 01, 03, 05, 06, Vantage, 11, 3DMark - PCMark 05, 07. But those are benchmarks, not stress tests really. They are not hard on the system for the most part.
But for testing stability for your CPU, I would not use PCMark. Stick with IBT/P95/AIDA, etc for that test.
