SOLVED Divx PRO help

Good day

I have Divx player pro and I usually stream movies from my PC to TV and every thing is good ,,, But lately these days the movie , runs for 30 minutes or so and it stopped ,, and i Have to restart my PC to get the movies to back playing on my TV

Does any one know why ? and how to fix this Many thanks

Have you tried new drivers? Update the DivX player? What have you done so far to troubleshoot outside of come here?

Yes before I asked here I call the cable company and setup and appointment he was here just yesterday he refreshed every thing on the BOX and restarted the box Like when we first got it and with in the menu we created a new home network and now it is working
