Thanks Guys Leak testing, can't wait to run some benches 
Acuradude, Their great I don't know if I'm going to water cool the forth GPU as I'm at my limit (pump and rads) I would have to run dual pumps and change out the top rad for a Monsta 480 LOL

Man this thing Rocks Yeah! I ran Sky Diver at 5.0GHz and left the GPU's at stock with a lot headroom to go , WOW

Ran 3DMark 11 with a mild OC on the CPU 4.5GHz bumped up tirfire to 1200/1775 and hit 1174watts with EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 PSU if I run a max OC on everthing it may take two PSU's like Doc said I'd have to use the Antec HCP 1200 watt with this EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 PSU. I'll give it a shot later

After studying the data and pics of the 4 PowerColor R9 280x GPU's, I see two of the first PowerColor GPU's have diff mem then the two I received from Acuradude. The first two have Hynix mem and the second two have Samsung mem, they all have the same release date. I've noticed the ones with Samsung mem overclock higher yet run hotter on air.
I've been running 3 GPU's for in my rigs for years and the middle card always runs HOTTER then the rest, not so with water cooling
