Trying to install hfm on a rig. I get error in picture and I cannot get hfm on another computer to connect to this rig either. I can see the rig on my network I can get into work folder no problem.

In the location of the file ("root element is missing"), does that file exist and are the contents readable? You could try uninstalling the program and deleting the "harlam357" folder to reset the files.
