The only decent 140mm fans I can think of is the Swiftech Helix140 at a very nice price. All you'll need than is a nice fan controller.

I should add those fans you posted are going to be at a much more premium price range where the ones I linked are more of a budgeted range.
At least twice the cost. Probably closer to triple.

If they'll cool a Chevy Tahoe engine, a PC should be no issue.
