Projector and sound (outdoor movies)

I have always wanted to setup my own outdoor theater and my new place would be great for it.

I was wondering if anyone has done this and how the setup was?

I was thinking a light portable projector and a laptop, people could have their own bluetooth speakers (can you run more then one at a time? I rarely use bluetooth).
