choosing a mobo. Need help !

Because of a bad PSU he now has a SABERtooth and likes it a lot better.

If it is not better choice for price i wont buy it. I´m just a beginner in the oc world and i already have a phenom II 965 sooo i just want something to start and learn a bit. I love this world and i save money just for buy componentes but spend more than 100€ in a board just for have a little more performance is impossible for me
So the objective is found something not very expensive to handle my phenom II and a FX in the future. Better choice for price to start with a little OC.
