what do you mean by switching drivers i have already tried 13.4 13.8 13.12 14.4 14.7 beta
this includes drivers with frame pacing fix with or without mantle
I dont think the problem is the cpu if dota 2 left without vsync or framelimit it reaches 220 fps again the frametimes are all over the place i have tried other games too i just use dota 2 as an example

And something interesting have tried civilizition 5 the game can use dx9 or dx11 with dx9 microstutter with dx11 no microstutter also dota 2 on latest ubuntu no microstutter which uses opengl ......
