Is my gpu dead?

The backplate is insulated, yes, but not that great. It's just some sticky fishpaper. Could be anything. If the stock cooler works then you know its cooler related. If it doesn't then it's mobo related.

Sweet. I'll do that quickly tomorrow morning and then I'll know. works out actually because if I get a new mobo I need to remove that cooler haha

Tried the stock heat sink with no luck. Guess that means my mobo is fried.
