7970 to R9 280X, different memory

I have a reference 7970 (black PCB) with H5GQ2H24MFR memory but 280X's BIOS use H5GQ2H24AFR memory, I think it isn't compatible.

What is the BIOS I could use?

As I mentioned in your PM, use the stock bios for the 7970, and modify them to your liking using VBE7.
