Made some overall changes:

-Motherboard saved quite a bit of cash for a better feature set. Equal on quality.
-Changed the RAM for something both faster and cheaper.
-Added the 840 EVO 250GB.
-Changed the PSU to one of equal or better quality that is much cheaper. The EVGA unit also boasts a 10 year warranty.
-Removed the DVD drive, I would get an external unless you REALLY need one. All installs can be done very easily from USB now.

Also, consider Rosewill Hyperborea fans instead of the Phanteks. They're a bit cheaper, still PWM, and are very good quality.
Look at getting a Swiftech PWM Splitter to control all the fans off of one PWM fan header at the same time.
