Sony Playstation Monitor

I've been looking at upgrading my monitor for quite some time now. I found a Sony Playstation monitor for like 100 bucks. Has 2 HDMI, 1920x1080, and 240Hz refresh rate. Is this something could be potentially a good monitor for a pc? I dont see any downside to this, but someone with more expertise might? Any input, help, or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

That thing got horrible, horrible reviews. And the last thread I read on it there wasn't even a consensus on if it would do more than 60hz hooked up to a pc. If you get one that works right, and if it does 120hz, then it's a great little monitor. But I've been too afraid to throw a hundred bucks at it with all the bad reviews.
