Store pickup is an option as well for some people, when I checked earlier several stores had it marked as available in my area. So you can buy it online with store pick up and not have to wait for shipping (or hope the shipper doesn't Ace Ventura the package).
 
None available in the Boston-NH area, yet everywhere around my old address in Florida has them in stock. Online ordering no longer available. :(

SO, anyone in Florida that may pick one of these up, lmk. ;)

im pretty sure that the cache is only there to pickup the entire tracks length of data in a rotation of the disk
the higher the density of the disk the larger the cache has to be cos there is more data in the track??
