What IC's do these memory modules use?

I have some memory kits here I've been trying to figure out the IC's on, and was wondering if anyone might have an idea as to what they might be.

First kit: G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL, DDR3-1600 9-9-9-24 timings, 1.5V, 2x2GB-runs 1866MHz with stock timings and voltage, I've had a single stick as high as 1950MHz (1.65V IIRC, 12-12-12-32 2T timings), but I've seen accounts of other people getting 2000MHz and higher in some cases.

Second kit: G.Skill F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM, DDR3-1600 7-8-7-24 timings, 1.5V, 2x2GB-easily runs 6-8-6-20 at 1600MHz, and can run at 1866MHz with 7-9-7-24 timings and stock voltage. Ran 1900MHz in dual-channel with 10-10-10-24 1T timings (at 1.6V IIRC). I read a post on one site saying this model might be some revision of PSC, not sure if that's accurate or not though.

Thank you Woomack. That was fast.

The G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL kit is 1046. So, it should be 10xx - Powerchip/PSC.

The G.Skill F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM is 1120. So, it should be 11xx - SpecTek (/Micron) then. I've never even heard of SpecTek. Or is there chance it might still be PSC?

The G.Skill F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM (RipjawsX DDR3-1600) is pretty astounding to me as far as overclocking is concerned.

Got it at just under 1000MHz (2000MHz effective speed) at timings of 7-9-7-28 1T with 1.65v. Seems pretty stable to me, it's benchable anyway. I was hoping I could run 7-8-7, but I can't get the system to boot up with RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD aka that second timing) at a setting of 8.

I didn't think it would go much past 900MHz at these timings frankly.

It will also run stable at 850MHz (1700MHz effective) at timings of 6-8-6-22 1T with 1.55v.

These SpecTek chips seem to be pretty good, the one's I got anyway.

Here is my G.Skill Sniper F3-17000CL9D-8GBSR 4Gx2 DDR3-2133 CL9-11-10-28 1.65v

Looking at the XS link Woomack posted it looks like it might be Hynix but the numbers aren't a complete match. How can i be certain?

EDIT: I even checked the ramlist.i4memory site

Looks more like samsung. 1500/2500/3500 are samsung. 1400/2400/3400 are hynix.

A G.Skill 2400 Aries had Hynix speed grade H9, which is 1333 MHz CLK 9. I've never seen DDR3 made with chips faster than 1600 Mhz CLK 11 (PB, K0, DI, -125, GN).

It seems I was reading the serial number wrong, I was reading the year/week and not the IC identifier numbers.

The G.Skill F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM (RipjawsX DDR3-1600) is 1040 (PSC), and the G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL is 0640 (Elpida).
