I am putting an SSD in my ASUS G750JM and every forum I look on and every guide says that I will want the boot drive in bay 0. Now this would be fine except...I goofed. I stripped the screw and now the SSD is stuck in bay 1. Why is it that it has to be in bay 0? Is it faster? What is the reasoning for this?

I do not know enough about your laptop but if everyone said that with no explanation than it could be a number of reasons legit or not. I would think that its because its default drive location ..

Anyway to visit hardware store and remove screw? Otherwise I'd just run a benchmark and compare results to ensure it doesn't matter
