I have been watching TV on my HTPC and some problems just arose, I was hoping someone on here might know why. I have a i3-4130T CPU and no additional video card. I have 4 GB of RAM and am using a Ceton InfiniTV cable card tuner (the 4 tuner version, not the newer 6 tuner version). I'm having issues with some channels stuttering. Mainly the problem is with HGTV HD, Food network, and only the HD HBO's. All other channels in HD work just fine. It has gotten to the point where I do not even watch HBO on this TV anymore. Any ideas what might be causing this?
