Ok, here's the thing.
I've been reading specs of hundreds of fans from many a manufacturer for the past two days.
Since I'm a masochist I even went ahead and found OEMs in Shenzhen and also read their spec sheets, just for the kicks.

I have terrible headache and can't continue anymore and I need YOUR help, please.

I need:

- a 120mm fan
- under £12.99 (cheaper would be better)
- maximum possible static pressure (at least around 3 mm/h2o range)
- without heat sink
- maximum lowest noise pressure (I'd be very glad if it was well, well under 35 dba, possible 30 dba or less, barely hearable).
- something that can handle running 24/7 at maximum performance for at least several months.

I think I should go with "Akasa Piranha" but I am not sure.

Is there one that is just as "silent" yet with higher static pressure?
Is there one that is cheaper or better value?

Trust me, I have read s*!@ loads of pages of forums and specs but I really need recommendations.

Thanks! A lot! Like, really, really a lot!

Look at a Swiftech Helix or Rosewill Hyperborea.

Both are tried and true, have a nice sound profile, and won't break the bank.
