Hi guys!

New built PC reboot problems. Reboots every 4 seconds

Wiring is correct, ( did it several times, also checked ,rechecked this one like 10 times already)
Tried it without the GPU,RAM,SSD,HDD,Screen, all the cables were plugged out at a point, and started it up with a screwdriver.
Tried a 500W PSU (badass one)
No pins were bent on the MOBO
Thermal paste applied correctly, (arctic silver )
Tried plugging in the CPU fan plug into another plug(to sysfan 1), (PC did not start up at all)
Also tried with only one RAM installed in the second slot

So i came down to a verdict of

CPU factory issue
CPU cooler issue ( stock one from intel)
Mobo factory issue

I got warranty on all the parts,so i`m not really worried, but i hope i can fix it very soon.
What do you say ? Go!

------------------------------
PSU- Corsair CX750M
Intel i7 4790k 4.0ghz
Gigabyte GTX 770 OC (4gb)
HyperX Fury Black 16GB DDR3 1866 MHz CL10 Dual Channel Kit
Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3 (mobo)
SSD Intel 530 Series 120GB
1TB HDD Kingston
Game Daemon 5001 PC case
24' and a 19' screen
-------------------------------

I would try removing and reapplying the cpu heatsink, with new paste. Did you try assembling all of the parts outside of the case first?

Define 500w PSU (badass one).
And a list of specs would be nice to see what you're talking about.

Sounds like it's not even booting at all and going into a power cycle loop.

I'm guessing his system is the one listed in the signature and the mention of the 500w psu in the post means he tried a spare PSU to make sure it wasn't the PSU

Yeah, the 500W was from my old pc,the 750W Corsair was the new i bought for the new pc. I tried it with both

Funny stuff, the next day PC fired up suddenly, no idea how ...
Works now

Thanks for the help chaps!
