ASUS MX239H vs Dell P2314H vs Dell P2414H vs HP 23xi

I am looking at these 4 monitors. I surf the web and mostly play MAME style games.
I prefer the 23" size to due it's razor sharp text over the 24" but I included the P2414H
just in case. I have to admit the sharpest text/image is most important to me because
I surf the web a lot. After that it would be deep blacks, rich color, and smooth game motion.

Has anyone compared these models side by side and can give me the run down?
Best Buy doesn't seem to display any of these 4 monitors in their stores.
(Best Buy has the 27" on display only)

There's a review of the P2414H here, can't help past that.

You almost have to buy a bunch of monitors locally and return the losers.
I tried out an ASUS VN247H-P from Best Buy and it was pretty poor. They
didn't have it out on display so buying it was the only way to see it in action.
I'm returning it today to try something else.
