Integrated audio controller video card

How does the Integrated audio work in my video card?

I am using the HDMI conection to the monitor. Is sound supposed to come out of the integrated speakers?

The AMD specs say that integrated audio is suported thru HDMI or Display port. Should I turn off audio from the MoBo?

the video card is a AMD Radeon HD 6450 Graphics

What output you use depends on your setup. If you want sound out of the monitor, change that to your primary sound device.
