4G LTE routers w/ganged capabilities?

I read about someone who said he had a 4G LTE router that allowed for ganging his 4G LTE connections which
allows him to get something like 20MiB/sec d/l rates. He has two separate USB 4G LTE modems that plug into
his 4G LTE router. Has anything heard of such a thing or is this guy just BS'ing me?

When they say they can bond 6 SIM's, does that mean you can have up to 6 4G hotspots bonded together through this router? That would be a way to blast through a 4G LTE data cap quickly.
