Got this in a week or two ago in a parts combo.

Figured I'd see what it could do.

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 C0 overclock settings
Stock (3.17GHz 333x9.5): 1.104v (1.125v)
3.3GHz: 1.104v (1.125v)
3.4GHz: 1.104v (1.125v)
3.5GHz: ??? (front side bus hole, couldn't get it to run with 9.5x multiplier)
3.6GHz: 1.152v (1.175v)
3.7GHz: 1.152v (1.175v)
3.8GHz: 1.168-1.176v (1.18750v)
3.9GHz (433x9): 1.216v (1.23750v) (front side bus hole, had to change multiplier and bus speed to get it to run)
4GHz (421x9.5): 1.224-1.232v (1.25v)
4.1GHz: 1.28v (1.30v)
4.2GHz: 1.304v (1.325v)
4.3GHz: 1.368-1.376v (1.38750v)
4.4GHz: 1.408v (1.425v)

Listed speeds are what I've tested so far, still testing for higher speeds.

Was a little disappointed it was a C0 stepping, thought I'd be getting an E0. At least it's performing well so far though.

thought i just mention that all i had to do to get 4ghz was replace the board with a biostar TP45 and increase clock speed to 445, replace ram with ddr2 800, and leave voltages to auto to read what they were set to then lower then manually to be fully stable.

only thing i had to change was cpu voltage (because auto set it to 1.4 when it worked better at 1.3). the rest looks like its in the green zone. really didnt go overboard on voltage.

So, you gave up on the Intel DX48T2 then?

Don't blame you. It was kind of strange overclocking with it. Kind of needed a special touch, and a lot of patience to find what settings it would run overclocked at. I think you got the better deal though. I ended up buying another DX48BT2 a few months after selling the other one to you, and that second one I bought wouldn't boot up at all. Throws out memory errors every time.
