1200Watt UPS Recommendations?

So I'm not familiar at all with UPS systems, but my boss is looking to buy a new one for the office server. There is no real budget, it needs to be reliable though.

He said he wants it to be 1200Watt, that it needs to be able to power the server for a few minutes in the event of a brown out or enough time for the system to shut down in a power outage.

Any suggestions?

That should give you ~15min on battery at 1200W.
You know you can have it do an auto-shutdown on loss of power, correct?

If your boss is serious about protection, you'll get redundant power supplies and a battery backup.

I'm not sure what the specs are of the server, it was built by another computer tech. Supposedly it was built out of all server grade parts. He just needed a new UPS to replace an older one he currently uses.
