How do i fix this problem?

So today, i do a install of Window 7 ultimate, after i do a window update and install all the driver, something weird happen, i got this error messang every time i turn on the pc



Also the speaker that i connect to my pc stop working, however when i connect the HDMI cable from my video card to the TV, i got sound.
How do i fix this problem, do i need to reinstall w7 ?

did you install the drivers from a cd or from downloads on the website?

I download all driver in to a USB flash drive
