I setup a Ghost server for Work
the Server is running
windows server 2008 R2
4gb Ram
core 2 duo 2.4ghz
3 1gb teamed nics with LACP (both on switch side and server side) for a total of 3gb
Raid 0 7200rpm HDDs for ghost images

and client(s) are Dell 7010
1gb nics
normal 7200rpm hdd
16gb ram
i7 3770

Switch is a 2960g

when making a image the ghost process it started @ 2000mb/Min then fell to 900mb/min

any thoughts how to speed up the imaging?
the switch shows all ports are running at 1gb full duplex

so what speeds are your ghost sessions (local or ghostcast)

almost empty as they are only used for fast ghosting
so maybe 70gb (if that)
after I make a image the .gho file goes to our file server to be stored
