so in my Bios I see two options for NB volt

NB core
NB voltage

which is the CPU-NB?
how would I check?

Are you sure Ray ? I don't have but one Giga Intel board but do a lot of reading. I was certain it's the NB_Core which affects the on die IMC.

yep i had it backwards my apologies. Core would be the one you need to change
