ASUS OC Panel is not working ( RVE )

Yesterday I was trying to run OC Panel with ASUS RVE and I just can't make it work. Monitoring is working correctly but any ratio/bclk adjustments are not working at all. Panel is showing that I changed ratio/bclk but in CPU-Z I still see no changes.

What's worse ASUS software to OC in Windows is also not working giving me error no MEI driver installed.
I was checking that on 3 systems Win7/8 ( one just after reinstallation and 2 older ). Drivers from ASUS website and attached CD.

Anyone has any ideas how to make it work ?

Sounds strange I know, but I read where installing Intel XTU might help.

I have XTU on 2 out of 3 systems and it's working the same. XTU requires latest framework and that's all. I will try to reinstall framework later.

Try a PS/2 set of keys

You might try updating the firmware to version 0501 if you are using an older version.

Already updated and no change.
