I've recently received G.Skill F4-2666C15Q-16GRR so 4x4GB 2666 CL15 1.2V DDR4 memory kit and I wanted to show what it can do except standard settings that you can see on the label.

G.Skill Ripjaws4 2666 memory has one XMP profile in 2.0 version which looks like this:

Not so tight timings but at 1.2V it still looks good comparing to other memory kits on the market in similar price.

On the label you can see serial number which is suggesting that we can find Hynix IC under the heatsinks. I'm expecting it will be MFR series as in most other G.Skill DDR4 kits.

For tests I've used ASUS Rampage V Extreme motherboard so probably best platform for DDR4 memory tests available on the market.
Most tests were made on 4.25GHz CPU clock and 3500MHz cache/uncore clock so you can compare it to the motherboards that won't run higher than that ( most non-ASUS boards ). Some tests were made on a higher or lower clock so if you want to compare results then please take a look at CPU-Z/AIDA64 window where you can find these clocks.

I'm still checking various settings and max stable clock. So far it's 3200 16-16-17-16 1N 1.35V. 3h+ AIDA64 stability test. I've noticed it's reacting on memory errors faster than any other software ( including memtest ).

Higher voltage than ~1.35V is helping almost only in tighter timings and higher clock for tests but is not helping much in stability. Even if I set 1.5V then it won't pass 1h+ AIDA64 memory and cache stability test at 3200 CL15.

Main memory timings are not so important as in DDR3 so settings like this is pretty good for everything including benching.
