Looking for a 1080p IPS for around $140

The part pickers list I'm trying to not over-do it but I want an IPS monitor mainly due to good picture quality, 60hz is fine and the 5-6ms delay isn't something I'm worried about. Suggestions?
The Acer H236HLbid caught my eye, good reviews.

Check out the Dell S2240M or S2340M if you want good picture quality.

If I'm not a heavy FPS player, online, would IPS monitors still be a good choice (even online if I ever get down to it)? I like to see nice and beautiful colors, the couple ms delay wouldn't be a bother I would think, I've only used this current monitor, it has a 5ms delay I beleive.

Oh and the Dell P2314H is 150 after using a code and the Dell S2240M is 120 after a code, the S22340M is still the same.
I like the S2240M and the P2314H, I would assume the P23 might be better?

There shouldn't be a difference in the actual screen, just in the inputs/housing/mounting
