Budget stereo reciever/amp

Hi,I'm looking for a stereo amp/receiver for my TV,ideally as cheap as possible (below £100 would be great)

It's going to be used with either 2 x JPW Gold Monitor 70W speakers or 2 x Eltax 50W speakers.

It doesn't need many features but 70W per channel and a toslink input is vital

It's extra cheap for an amp that uses a HVIC. The teardown seems to indicate a good build quality and good design.

Another option is to find a used receiver with S/PDIF but without HDMI, as those often go for cheap at places like Goodwill.
