Which is the best 850w Power Supply under US$140?

Hello everyone,

I need to upgrade my power supply because mine is too old, i want a 850W in case i decide to make a crossfire or sli in the future, my specs are this:

Mobo: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0.
CPU: Amd FX 8350.
Ram: 16 gb Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866mhz.
Gpu: Asus R9 290x
HDD: 1 Tb Western Digital
SSD: Samsung Pro 240gb
Cooler: Corsair H110
Case: Corsair 750d
And a few Corsair SP an AF Series fans

If that is the best... what would be the rest?

Being more serious, that is also a great PSU scoring a bit below below the EVGA SN G2, but its usually more expensive than the EVGA.
