i am deciding between the cooler master 212 plus (not 212 evo since someone say evo ans plus is onlyh 2 or 3C differences, and the 212 plus is on sale on newegg for $20 comppared to $35 for evo), or should i get cheap hydro cooling?
i saw these 5 cheap water cooling ones for ~40 on newegg, i am on a limited budget can spend no more than $50
