Asus Z97 and ASRock Z97

I have a small dilema.
Would you say i go for ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard OR Asus Z97 deluxe ATX?
Review shows that ASRock Z97 is better than Asus Z97. and ASROCK is much cheaper..

This is a solid deal , why the Dom's ?

i don't know anything about PC... Is that motherboard better than what ive said? for graphic designer.
does it work with I7 4790K?

I'd go with Gigabyte. Asus have a horrible track history on RMA, and AsRock aint far behind. Gigabyte, love story for me so far! But i have yet to own and use a Gigabyte motherboard daily, which annoys me, cos i want one, they just wont make one that fits me.

Also, is Dominator ram really needed? Are you going to be overclocking the balls of the ram? Might aswell just get som Crucial or G.Skill at half the price.
