How to get rid of Groovio Search Engine

I have no idea how this got on my computer. Every time I open Chrome this opens in a separate tab. There is no program on my computer by this name. I ran CCleaner, Malware Bytes and my anti virus. None of them picked this up. Any ideas?

also you can set the homepages in registry like so for explorer :-

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
“Start Page”=”http://www.overclockers.com/”

if on a browser its stored as a file then change it to read only
