I need to defrag my HDD I know its fragged but windows defragger says its not. I want it in tip top shape. Is there a third party defragger I can use like back in the day when perfect disk was free?

Windows defrag works great, not sure why you'd need a different one.

I believe I've heard good things about Defraggler too. I think is the name.

For free, Auslogic or O&O defrag are some good ones.

Paid, I'd recommend Perfect Disk.

Out of the major popular defraggers, all are SSD aware. They do not attempt to defrag a SSD, though they do manage the garbage collection and TRIM.

To be honest though, I haven't ran any kind of defrag since windows 2000, I always trusted XP and never had issues with speed.
