Is this normal?

I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 750ti with 2gb of video memory. I noticed after completing my build, that under graphics card properties, it reads this under "adapter information"

Chip Type: Geforce GTX 750ti
Dac Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Adapter String: Geforce GTX 750tia
BIOS information: Version x.x.x.x.

Total Graphics Memory: 4096MB
Dedicated Video Memory: 2048MB
System Video Memory: 0MB
Shared System Memory: 2048MB

Is this normal? Why is my system sharing RAM for video memory when I have dedicated Video Card?

This particular Motherboard does not have a integrated video card (Gigabyte 970A-D3P) AMD FX 6300 is the processor.

My particular board (Gigabyte GA970A-D3p) Doesn't even have an onboard video card so no option for that in the bios. The card seems to work fine, just thought it was odd.
