cooler : ice edge mini fs
my cooler jump from 2000 rpm tp 5200 and start to vibrate , I try stock cooler but he have eror to sometime he stops for 1-2 sec I think and started with full speed , he sound like siren but return to first problem with ice edge , what I can do ? And I forgot to say in bios is the same jump rpm from 2000 to 5000 and silent mode or full speed mode its the same
