New HTPC showing "cropped" image on 1080P HDTV

Did you change the overscan option on the TV or enable underscan on the computer? The option is going to be on the TV. Anything else is going to make the image look like crap.

Found the option to resize the image buried deep within the option menu of my TV. Everything looks pretty normal now. Thanks everybody for your very fast and (mostly) very helpful responses.
